This spacious first-floor apartment in a characterful old villa stands directly beside Izola’s public beach. Three large bedrooms face the sea, while a private garden behind the house is made for slow mornings, outdoor meals and relaxing after a swim.

Access
Cars cannot reach the house itself. You can unload luggage by the barrier, followed by a walk of about 70 metres. The apartment is on the first floor and is reached by stairs.
Summer atmosphere
The area is usually calm. During high season, music from nearby beach bars can occasionally be heard at weekends, usually until midnight and sometimes until 2 am.
Arrival and departure
Standard check-in is from 4 pm to 9 pm and check-out is by 10 am. Email me for a direct weekly offer; other lengths of stay are also available on Airbnb.
A peaceful stay, not a party venue
The apartment is intended for families, couples and guests looking for a relaxed stay by the sea. Parties, loud events and celebrations at the property are not permitted.

I’m Alenka. The sea and the sound of the waves have always brought me peace. This house is still my home, and we welcome guests to the first-floor apartment so they can experience life right by the sea for a few days – falling asleep to the sound of the waves and waking up to a view across the bay.
